More information on the upcoming Pokémon HOME service has been revealed today, including a more solid look at what sorts of features the service will have, along with its two-tiered membership system — a free plan and a paid Premium Plan.
It will be available for Android, iOS, and the Nintendo Switch in February 2020 (no specific release date given), although there will be features that are exclusive to the mobile versions and other features exclusive to the Switch version, although they will link up to the same Nintendo account and don’t require separate Premium Plan purchases for each platform.

Today’s Nintendo Direct during the week of E3 has revealed some new information about Pokémon Sword & Shield. First and foremost, another Gym Leader has been revealed: Nessa, the Water-type Gym Leader.
Additionally, gameplay footage of the Wild Area and Max Raid Battles was shown during the Nintendo Treehouse, which is featured in the video above, and two new Pokémon have been spotted in the playable demos at the E3 venue.
A new cloud-based service was announced during the Pokémon 2019 Press Conference and it’s called Pokémon HOME, coming to iOS and Android devices in early 2020.
Pokémon HOME will serve as a hub for players’ Pokémon across a variety of platforms, giving players the ability to connect with Pokémon Bank, Pokémon 3DS Games, Pokémon GO, Pokémon Let’s Go, and the upcoming Pokémon Sword & Shield.
