Marriland's Advanced Pokédex Search is an extremely powerful search tool to help you find exactly the Pokémon you're looking for. It allows you to search all of the Pokémon in Pokémon Sword & Shield and filter them by the criteria you specify, as well as sort them by a number of factors. This Advanced Pokédex Search works only for Pokémon Sword & Shield! Older games are not currently supported and Pokémon not present in Pokémon Sword & Shield will not show up.
To use this tool, fill out any of the fields down below and then press the "Search" button at the bottom of all of the options. You should also be able to press Enter and it will update the table. It does not automatically refresh when you change any options, so you need to do one of these two things to update the table. Search for a Pokémon that has any of the above types.
Search for a Pokémon that is in either of the selected Egg Groups.
Search for a Pokémon that knows certain learned moves (input on the left), and by which methods (check on the right). Note: This may take a few seconds to calculate, so please be patient if you are searching for moves! Also moves that aren't usable in Sword & Shield will not be shown or valid.
Search for part of a Pokémon's name. Not usually useful, but it's here for fun. Note: this may not quite work right with alternate forms.
You can use this to sort the results by any of the above fields. Stuff like names are sorted ascending (A-Z), stuff like stats are sorted descending (highest to lowest).
