Special Ways to Get Igglybuff
Breed a female Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff with a compatible Pokémon (or male with a Ditto) and then hatch the resulting egg to obtain an Igglybuff.

Taking advantage of the softness of its body, Igglybuff moves as if bouncing. Its body turns a deep pink when its temperature rises.
