Sand Veil
Raises Heliolisk's base evasion by 25% in a sandstorm. Prevents sandstorm damage to Heliolisk.

While the weather is sunny, Heliolisk's Special Attack is increased by 50%, but it takes 1/8 its max HP damage each turn.

Getting Heliolisk By Evolution

Evolves from Helioptile by using a Sun Stone on it. You can get Sun Stones pretty easily by talking to either of the Digging Duo by the Pokémon Nursery in the Bridge Field part of the Wild Area.
