Where to Find Hakamo-o in Sword & Shield

If you're looking for where to find Hakamo-o, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Hakamo-o in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently this does not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)
Exclusive to Pokémon Sword

Hakamo-o is exclusive to Pokémon Sword, so if you are playing Pokémon Shield, you will need to trade with someone playing Pokémon Sword in order to obtain it for your Pokédex.

Generation 8 Pokédex Entries

Sword
The scaleless, scarred parts of its body are signs of its strength. It shows them off to defeated opponents.
Shield
Before attacking its enemies, it clashes its scales together and roars. Its sharp claws shred the opposition.

Generation 7 Pokédex Entries

Sun
It leaps at its prey with a courageous shout. Its scaly punches tear its opponents to shreds.
Moon
It sheds and regrows its scales on a continuous basis. The scales become harder and sharper each time they're regrown.
Ultra Sun
It makes noise by clanging its scales together. When the rhythm has reached its peak, Hakamo-o attacks.
Ultra Moon
The scales it sheds can be molded and processed to make pots and pans. They conduct heat well, so they're a popular item.
