The Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu products that were previously announced have now been released in the US and are available in stores now. Additionally, a new line of Detective Pikachu themed merchandise is now available on the Pokémon Center website.
There are currently five different products for the Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu mini-set:
- Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu Case File—Contains one promo card featuring Detective Pikachu, one metallic coin inspired by Detective Pikachu, two Detective Pikachu booster packs, and one additional Pokémon TCG booster pack. (ARP $9.99 USD)
- Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu Charizard-GX Case File—Contains one foil promo card and one foil oversize card featuring Charizard-GX, four Detective Pikachu booster packs, and two additional Pokémon TCG booster packs. (ARP $19.99 USD)
- Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu Greninja-GX Case File—Contains one foil promo card and one foil oversize card featuring Greninja-GX, one pin featuring Greninja, five Detective Pikachu booster packs, and two additional Pokémon TCG booster packs. (ARP $24.99 USD)
- Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu Mewtwo-GX Case File—Contains one foil promo card and one foil oversize card featuring Mewtwo-GX, four Detective Pikachu booster packs, and two additional Pokémon TCG booster packs. (ARP $19.99 USD)
- Pokémon TCG: Detective Pikachu Collector Chest—Contains seven Detective Pikachu booster packs, two additional Pokémon TCG booster packs, one collector’s pin inspired by Detective Pikachu, and one Pokémon notepad and sticker sheet, all in a sturdy metal case. (ARP $24.99 USD)
The set itself contains 18 numbered cards, with each booster pack included in the products containing 4 cards per pack. There are a total of 22 cards pertaining to the Detective Pikachu movie available in the products above thanks to promo cards. An additional five cards related to Detective Pikachu will be available in upcoming special promotions or other products, as outlined on the official Pokémon website.
To go along with that, the Pokémon Center website has released an extensive line of merchandise for the Detective Pikachu movie, including a special Detective Pikachu themed deerstalker hat, a few more T-Shirts and coffee mugs, pins, and more.
