Where to Find Zamazenta

If you're looking for where to find Zamazenta, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Zamazenta in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently the encounters do not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)
Exclusive to Pokémon Shield

Zamazenta is exclusive to Pokémon Shield, so if you are playing Pokémon Sword, you will need to trade with someone playing Pokémon Shield in order to obtain it for your Pokédex.

Special Ways to Get Zamazenta

You are able to catch Zamazenta at level 70 after beating the game and following the storyline events that take place when you return to the Slumbering Weald, but only in Pokémon Shield.

Notes About Zamazenta

Zamazenta is in this form, its Hero of Many Battles form, while it is NOT holding the Rusted Shield held item. If you have it hold the Rusted Shield, it will assume its Crowned Form, which has much higher stats and changes its type to Fighting/Steel-type.
