Where to Find Polteageist

If you're looking for where to find Polteageist, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Polteageist in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently this does not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)

Getting Polteageist By Evolution

Evolves from Sinistea by using the Cracked Pot on it, unless it is the super-rare Antique Form version (aka the authentic version), in which case you need to use the Chipped Pot on it instead.

Notes About Polteageist

There is a very rare form of Polteageist, the authentic form of it, which requires evolving a super-rare Antique Form Sinistea using the Chipped Pot instead of the Cracked Pot most counterfeit versions require. This is simply a cosmetic change, aside from requiring a different evolution item.
