Alcremie's Detailed Stats
Below you'll find a more detailed table containing Alcremie's calculated stats, which are the stats that you actually see displayed in game. These are affected by a variety of things, such as level, Effort Values (EVs), Individual Values (IVs), and Alcremie's Nature.
By default, the stats you see in the table below show four different possibilities, all assuming Alcremie is level 100: its stats with 0 EVs, 252+ (max) EVs, 0 IVs, and 31 (max) IVs. Nature is not shown by default, so its maximum is 10% higher than shown here, and minium 10% lower.

Where to Find Alcremie in Sword & Shield
If you're looking for where to find Alcremie, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Alcremie in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently this does not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)
Special Ways to Get Alcremie
Available in some Max Raid Dens in the Wild Area, including a rare Gigantamax-capable Alcremie.
Catchable (Gigantamax-capable) (with Hidden Ability) during Dynamax Adventures in Crown Tundra (DLC), level 65.
Getting Alcremie By Evolution
Alcremie evolves from Milcery through a very unique method. Alcremie comes in a variety of different forms and which form you get depends on which Sweet item it holds. There's the Berry Sweet, Clover Sweet, Flower Sweet, Love Sweet, Ribbon Sweet, Star Sweet, and Strawberry Sweet items, which are earned by fighting in the Battle Cafés of Motostoke, Hammerlocke, and Wyndon. These can be fought every day to have a chance at earning one of the Sweets.
Have Alcremie hold the corresponding Sweet and then spin your control stick around very fast until your character twirls.
The form you get depends on which direction you're spinning the control stick (clockwise or counterclockwise), the time of day (day, night, or dusk), the duration you spin for (either very short or spinning for 5+ seconds), and lastly which held Sweet Milcery has equipped.
Milcery will evolve into Alcremie immediately after spinning without needing to gain any levels or take any further action. You may want to save your game before attempting to evolve Milcery in case you're looking for a specific form.
