Zacian is one of the two mascot legendary Pokémon for Pokémon Sword & Shield, representing Pokémon Sword. It along with its counterpart, Zamazenta, were both revealed on June 5, 2019.
It brandishes a sword in its mouth and was seen fighting against Zamazenta before both Pokémon stopped to notice something in the sky. It is capable of glowing a brilliant blue color after swinging its sword.

Its shining blade is said to be able to cut through anything and its attacks are graceful, captivating its opponents during battle.
Its name is pronounced ZAH-shee-in.
It has a special Crowned form that is available through progression in the game. That raises its stats and changes it to a Fairy/Steel-type Pokémon.
