It’s taken a ton of work and research, but I’m pleased to present to you the newest guide on the Marriland website: the EV Training Guide! It will teach you all you need to know about Effort Values and how they can improve your gameplay.
In case you’re unfamiliar with what “EV Training” is, it’s a process of training your Pokémon up to optimize their stats to their full potential. All competitive Pokémon players are familiar with EV Training, so the guide will not only help newer players learn about EV Training, but also provide a reference for players of any skill level as to where to go to EV Train in any game.
The main guide covers all of the basics, but it is also broken up into sub-guides specific to EV Training in each set of games. That way you can view the EV Training process for only the games that you’re interested in.
I’m sure that there will be a lot to improve in the guide over the coming months, and if you have any feedback, corrections or questions, please feel free to reach out via Twitter or on the Marriland Forums thread about this update.
