Where to Find Virizion in Sword & Shield
If you're looking for where to find Virizion, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Virizion in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently this does not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)
Special Ways to Get Virizion
After meeting Sonia in the Crown Tundra (DLC), she will task you with finding information on three Pokémon by tracking down their footprints. After finding 50 Grassland footprints in the Old Cemetery, Frostpoint Field, or Giant's Bed to reach 100% research completion, you can find Virizion in the Giant's Bed as a stationary encounter where you can fight it. (If it is knocked out or if you run away, it will NOT immediately respawn, but you can set up a Pokémon Camp and exit or reload your game and it will respawn in the same area.) (Only one can be caught per game save.)
