Catchable during Dynamax Adventures in Crown Tundra (DLC), level 65.

Getting Tsareena By Evolution

Evolves from Steenee when it gains a level and knows the move Stomp. Steenee learns Stomp at level 28, and you can use the Move Relearner in any Pokémon Center to relearn the move if it is not known and Steenee is at least level 28.
