Exclusive to Pokémon Shield
Toxicroak is exclusive to Pokémon Shield, so if you are playing Pokémon Sword, you will need to trade with someone playing Pokémon Shield in order to obtain it for your Pokédex.
Special Ways to Get Toxicroak
