Run Away
Raticate can always run from a wild Pokémon battle, regardless of Speed or other trapping effects.
Guts
Raises Raticate's Attack by 50% while it is asleep, burned, paralyzed, or poisoned, and ignores the Attack reduction of burn.
Hustle
Raticate's Physical-based moves do 50% more damage, but the accuracy of those moves is reduced by 20% of its original amount.
