Exclusive to Pokémon Shield
Eiscue is exclusive to Pokémon Shield, so if you are playing Pokémon Sword, you will need to trade with someone playing Pokémon Shield in order to obtain it for your Pokédex.

Notes About Eiscue
With its Ice Face ability, when it takes damage from a Physical move, it will transform into its Noice Face form, which changes its stats and appearance. It will revert to its Ice Face form between turns if the weather is hailing.
