Calyrex's Detailed Stats
Below you'll find a more detailed table containing Calyrex's calculated stats, which are the stats that you actually see displayed in game. These are affected by a variety of things, such as level, Effort Values (EVs), Individual Values (IVs), and Calyrex's Nature.
By default, the stats you see in the table below show four different possibilities, all assuming Calyrex is level 100: its stats with 0 EVs, 252+ (max) EVs, 0 IVs, and 31 (max) IVs. Nature is not shown by default, so its maximum is 10% higher than shown here, and minium 10% lower.

Where to Find Calyrex in Sword & Shield
If you're looking for where to find Calyrex, you'll find the various methods listed down below, along with any notes or special locations. This should help you figure out how to get Calyrex in Pokémon Sword & Shield. (Currently this does not show most "strong" static encounters or Max Raid Battles.)
Special Ways to Get Calyrex
As part of The Sacred Bonds of Sovereign and Steed quest in the Crown Tundra (DLC), you will meet Calyrex and be tasked with reuniting it with its steed to help restore the glory of the Crown Tundra. At the conclusion of the quest, you'll have to catch Calyrex riding its steed: either Calyrex (Ice Rider) if you plant the Carrot Seeds given to you during the quest in the Snowslide Slope, or Calyrex (Shadow Rider) if you plant them in the Old Graveyard instead. After catching it, you can defuse (and subsequently re-fuse) Calyrex and its steed by using the Reins of Unity item obtained during the quest.
Notes About Calyrex
Can use the Reins of Unity with either Glastrier or Spectrier to fuse them together (and again to defuse them). Calyrex riding Glastrier becomes Calyrex (Ice Rider) while Calyrex riding Spectrier becomes Calyrex (Shadow Rider).
This Pokémon is Shiny-locked by all current encounter methods and thus cannot be legitimately obtained as a Shiny in-game.
